The $5/month base listing gives you an official presence on the Shoppi marketplace, visibility in local and global search results, unlimited product catalogue management, the sales dashboard and access to the Shoppi Ads promotional tools.

With Shoppi Advertising you can sponsor your listings so they appear at the top of search results and in relevant categories. You set your own daily budget (starting from just a few dollars) and track impressions, clicks and sales straight from your dashboard.

Yes. Shoppi natively supports physical products (with shipping or local pickup), digital products (protected automatic download), professional services, online courses and bookings with time slots.

shoppi.app is the marketplace: for $5/month your shop is listed where buyers in your country shop on Shoppi, and Shoppi takes a 10% revenue share only on the sales it brings you. The $5 plan is a marketplace listing, not a website.

shoppi.cloud is a separate website for professionals, from the $29 plan; a custom domain needs the $79 Business plan. Orders from your own site or POS carry no revenue share.

Every card payment, marketplace ones included, carries Stripe's fee plus Shoppi's 0.4% + 1¢ per payment.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe Connect. Your sales revenue is paid out to your own Stripe account on your Stripe payout schedule, with the 10% withheld automatically only on the sales Shoppi generates.

You publish them from your profile just like on a social app: they land in the Shoppi home feed alongside products. In each post you can tag up to 3 items from your catalogue, which appear as “On sale in this post” — viewers buy without leaving the feed. Content is included in your listing, at no extra cost.

A merchant account (email or Google is enough), your business details and a bank account to receive payouts via Stripe Connect. No technical setup: upload your catalogue and you are live.

You handle shipping with the carrier you prefer, updating the order tracking from your dashboard. Alternatively you can offer in-store pickup or Fast Local Delivery in your area.

Orders paid with Shoppi Pay are covered by Purchase Protection: the amount is held until delivery is confirmed. If the customer opens a claim we review it together with you, and the refund is issued only once the claim is confirmed.

Yes, with Tap to Pay in the Shoppi POS app: your smartphone becomes a payment terminal for contactless cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No extra hardware: the $5 plan covers up to 30 card payments a month per touchpoint; for more, choose Starter ($29) or Business ($79) per touchpoint. Each payment carries Stripe's fee plus 0.4% + 1¢, and catalogue and inventory stay synced with your online sales.

Yes. The listing has no lock-in: you can activate, pause or cancel your shop at any time from the dashboard, with no penalty.

Yes. A basic catalogue import is included: bring your products in from WooCommerce, a product feed or a CSV file. If you want your catalogue kept in sync automatically over time, continuous sync is a small add-on, paid separately.

Yes. You can tag your content with items that ship or are picked up locally, professional services booked by time slot, and digital files (guides, templates, courses, music) delivered automatically right after purchase.
