Shoppi is operated by the companies listed below. This page exists so that anyone — customer, merchant or partner — can confirm they are dealing with us and not with a site imitating our brand.

Before you pay anyone, check the domain.
We will never ask you to send payment to a website that is not on the list below, and we never ask for card details, passwords or recovery codes by email or social media.

Our marketplace also runs country storefronts as subdomains of shoppi.app: us.shoppi.app, ca.shoppi.app, uk.shoppi.app, de.shoppi.app, it.shoppi.app, fr.shoppi.app, es.shoppi.app, nl.shoppi.app, pl.shoppi.app, be.shoppi.app, cn.shoppi.app. Anything ending in .shoppi.app is ours. A domain that merely contains the word “shoppi” somewhere else in the name is not.

How to check a site is really ours

Read the domain right to left. The part immediately before the first single slash is the real site. shoppi.app.example.com is example.com, not us.
Look up the WHOIS record. Public lookups such as lookup.icann.org show when a domain was registered. Our domains have been registered for years; a site imitating a known brand is often only days or weeks old. Many registrars redact the owner's name for privacy, so treat the creation date and the registrar as the useful signals.
Check the legal pages. Every genuine Shoppi site names the operating company, its registered address and its registration number. A copy of our site usually omits these, or reuses ours while giving different payment details.
Compare the contact address. We only use addresses ending in @shoppi.app. We do not use free mailboxes such as Gmail or Outlook for customer support.
When in doubt, ask us. Write to [email protected] and we will confirm whether a site is ours. Customer support is handled by email; we reply within one business day.

Reporting an imitation

If you find a website, shop, app or social account passing itself off as Shoppi, please report it to [email protected] with the address and a screenshot. Shoppi is a registered trademark and we pursue misuse of it.

If you believe you have already paid an imitation site, contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask about a chargeback — then tell us, so we can act on the report.
